The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
— Mahatma Gandhi

What is Seva?

Seva (pronounced say-va) is a sanskrit word for service. Seva is the spiritual practice of selfless service and the desire to uplift, assist and help others with no thought of what is to gain or what is lost by doing so.

Yogis believe that by practicing Seva, one walks the path towards self-realization, which ultimately, is the essence of yoga. Those who are most inspiring to us, are ones who have timelessly given themselves, their gifts, talents, heart + soul, into the well-being of those less fortunate and to those beings who experience any level of suffering in this lifetime.

We are here to Love, Serve + Uplift each other.

Current Service Project: DREAM BIG YOGATHON!

Dream Day on Cape Cod serves families that have children with life-threatening illnesses and or serious conditions by seeking to “bring a ray of sunshine” into their lives. The primary way we serve families is through our family camp, Camp Nan-Ke-Rafe, located in Brewster, Massachusetts. Each summer we operate six sessions of family camp – bringing families down to the Cape for a week of fun, family, and respite. Our hope is that families have the chance to create loving, lasting memories that transcend illness and struggle.

Donating today will bring joy in the future to the hearts of children with severe life threatening illnesses and disabilities.  Our goal as a team is to raise $35,000 to be used for paving the walk ways throughout the camp, to make transportation accessible to all campers and their families.

Any amount is greatly appreciated and your gift carries many blessings within it.

Thank You for supporting a wonderful, heart warming cause!

LOVE ALWAYS, Stephanie xo
